Today was the fourth annual Soccer Aid football Match between a team of English Celebrities and Legends and a team from the Rest of the World. It was a very entertaining game, far better than the actual England Team's game against Norway last night. The final score was 3-1 to England with goals being scored by John Wilkes, Teddy Sherigham and Kevin Phillips for England. However, the RoW's goal, scored by the Italian descended Kasabian guitarist, the man made of solid swagger, the man who is like Noel Fielding would be if you removed the drugs, Serge Pizzorno. It was a truly magnificent goal. I mean, have a gander at this! For a rock star, that is not half bad. he's got a history of it too. I'm sure Alex has shown you all this next clip I will link you, its froma couple of years ago from his appearance on Soccer AM, but its worth another look. It is truly a superb shot. aybe he should find a place in Italy's Euro 2012 squad, or even England's. I'm sure there is a way we can work him into our squad via technicalities or something. I mean, according to the oh so reliable Internet, he was born in Devon, and that's about as English as it gets. We could drop Downing so that there is a space for him, that'd work.
