I apologise for the lack of blogging from my ginger counterpart yesterday. I can only assume that his did not due to the fact he had a reasonably important maths exam today. The fact he was most likely revising for that was a reasonable if not entirely forgivable excuse for missing a day of blog.
However, I shall now move onward to a different topic entirely. It is the middle of the European Championships and Spain just swept the Republic of Ireland aside by 4 goals to nil. They also had 78% of possession, which is quite high, and strung together a total of 859 passes over the 90 minutes. That is somewhat ridiculous. Sadly for me, I almost put money on Spain winning 4-0, but decided against it, namely because I could not be bothered to go to the betting shop. This has upset me because if I had put £10 on it, then I would have reaped in a tasty £200ish. That would have been a very nice treat for myself. I'd have spent some of that money on a t-shirt. Probably this one. I like that one because it has a science based pun on it, and they are always funny. Unfortunately, this is all hypothetical as I did not place the bet, so did not win £200. Sad times.
