Snow- Paddy

It snowed here in England recently, last night in fact. As it snowed down last night, I had a happy thought; "What if tomorrow college is cancelled?!" This thought excited me, and in my head, I planned to go sledding down a near by hill on my sled, in the snow. I was very excited for this. However, at about 2.30am the snow stopped snowing, leaving a mere couple of inches on the floor outside. Unfortunately, this slight covering could not last the pace until morning time and had degraded into a slush. This meant I could not go sledding down the nearby hill, as I had planned, and instead had to go into college, like a normal, if chilly day. Unfortunately, college is home to a large number of immature human males, and this meant, that despite the poor quality of the snow at this point, many snowballs were thrown at break and lunch times. I myself did not partake in such activity, but I did receive a blow to the back of the head from an anonymously thrown snowball. It was cold and it dripped down the back of my neck, but I did not react to it. I am more man than that, and even if I wasn't reacting to a thrown snowball is not the done thing. It just would not do.
