Graduation- Paddy

Today I would like to congratulate my 21-year old sister. For why? Today she graduated from the University of Exeter with a 2.1 History degree. That's not bad going. Due to seating limitations in Exeter, caused by all 300 or so History students also graduating today, I was not allowed to attend her graduation in person. However, I did watch it live-streamed on the internet. Isn't modern technology wonderful? Fortunately in Vikki's brief moment of glory between Someone Miller and Someone else who's name began with M, she did not make a fool of herself. Her hat didn't fall off, she didn't trip up, and she didn't accidentally cause a small fire to occur.
There is a downside to all this though. In fact there are 2. First of all, she has set an impressively high bar for me to reach when I hopefully begin my own History and Politics degree in September. This will be a challenge for me. Second of all, she now has to seek employment, and in the current economic climate this is somewhat difficult. Nevertheless, I have faith in both my sister's and my own abilities to procure employment and degrees.
